Tips regulate low-fat diet for people who are dieting

If you're dieting and are setting up low-fat diet, here are tips that can be your guide.

  • Eating three times a day, and eat more fruits, vegetables, rice and cereal.
     
  • Choose to eat low-fat alternative. For example, instead of full cream milk with wholemilk or low-fat milk (skim milk) or non-fat milk.
     
  • Read food labels carefully. Choose foods that contain less than 10 grams of fat per 100 grams of food.
     Reduce eating snack foods or fast foods that have a high fat. For example: fried fries, hot dogs, apple pie, pizza, spaghetti, etc. 
  • Choose how to cook by burning or in a roast in the microwave. Avoid cooking food in a way in cooking.
