Importance Of Iron For Human's Health

Iron is essential for humans health because the body needs iron to carry oxygen to the brain lining. When the iron reaches the lowest level, a layer of the brain will desperately need more oxygen. And consequently the body will fatigue, decreased memory, concentration easily dispersed, lack of motivation, lack of attention and reduced working ability.

To increase the iron in the body, eat food containing iron, such as found on fresh red meat, red beans, green leaves and dried apricots. Drink orange juice rich in vitamin C with foods rich in iron. This will help speed up the absorption of iron.
